Description

The views are panoramic with a view of the blue ocean from the front south-facing terrace and further to the surrounding rolling hills, lots of greenery for walking, and to the north view of the Monchique mountains. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a separate guest apartment with its own bathroom that can accommodate 4 guests.

The villa is set on 6000m2 of private land. A remote-controlled automatic gate provides access to the property. There are lawns on both sides of the driveway and there are olive and fruit trees. The driveway leads around the house, where you can park several cars.

The kitchen has a special L-shape and large “buffet windows” that fold up to the patio in the middle of the villa. The patio is literally the center of the villa with a large cozy wooden family dining table that seats 12 people. The patio has a beautifully inlaid Portuguese tile floor and fixed BBQ. French doors in the kitchen open onto a cozy terrace and offer a view of the large private pool terrace. The swimming pool (6x10m) has a jet stream, springboard and fountains that light up in the evening. There is a pool house with shower and toilet.

The bright living room with a cozy closed fireplace has a wonderfully spacious terrace on the south-facing front with panoramic views over the beautiful green surroundings and the village and the ocean and forms a whole with the pool terrace through a fully sliding door. A staircase to the roof terrace with jacuzzi (optional) provides a distant and magical view.

Downstairs is a separate guest apartment with a private terrace. There are spacious cupboards, a rotatable television set-up, milk glass partitions to the luxurious bathroom and plenty of room to sleep and sit. This fantastic villa has grandeur and intimacy.

A nice extra for the children is the Moroccan safari tent with 4 beds.

The location is very attractive: within walking distance of Carvoeiro with its multitude of cozy restaurants and cafes, in close proximity to a few large supermarkets and within a 10-minute drive a variety of golf courses and beautiful shopping centers.
You can drive to Faro Airport in 45 minutes. The beaches in this area are among the most beautiful in the Algarve.
