Villa Aracari is a beautiful three-bedroom villa with stone walls, high wooden ceilings and decking are just some of the features.

The villa is built over three levels. Entrance is via steps. The lounge area is quite spacious and comfortable, features a flat-screen TV, fireplace and doors leading to the pool area. The villa also has a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and all things necessary for your holiday.

The bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a four-poster bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace. Bedroom two has a double bed. Bedroom three has a double bed. Both these bedrooms share a bathroom.

On the lower level, we can find a garage, utility room, cloakroom and a multi-purpose room currently set up as a cinema room with games/entertainment area including pool table and table tennis. Other features include air conditioning, electric security shutters, double-glazing and alarm system. Please note that outside furniture has changed.

Outside the spacious terrace features an L-shaped swimming pool and a superb BBQ area with a dining table and plenty of comfortable sitting space, all facing south.

This property is a 30-minute drive from the airport. Near the area, there are beautiful gold beaches, golf courses and restaurants.
