The villa covers 540 sq. m. and unfolds across three levels. It is arranged as two independent units, giving guests privacy while still allowing everyone to gather in shared outdoor spaces. This two unit villa with infinity pools includes eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, two open-plan kitchens, sea-view balconies, work areas, and generous outdoor dining for 14 guests.

The pool level includes a seating area with underfloor cooling, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with wine fridge, and a bathroom with shower. There are also two double rooms with king-size beds, A/C, sea and pool views, and pool access.

The upper level includes one double room with king-size bed, A/C, sea view, and two balconies. In addition, there is one double room with twin joinable beds that can convert into a king-size bed, A/C, sea view, and balcony. A separate bathroom with shower completes this level.

Unit 2 also begins with an entrance hall and living room. This sea-view space includes a fireplace, TV, DVD, sound system, underfloor cooling system, balcony, working desk, and guest WC.

The pool level includes a seating area with underfloor cooling, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with wine fridge, and a bathroom with shower. Moreover, there are two double rooms with sea and pool views. One has twin joinable beds that convert into a king-size bed, while the other has a king-size bed.

The upper level includes one double room with king-size bed, A/C, sea view, and two balconies. There is also one double room with twin joinable beds, A/C, sea view, and balcony, plus a separate bathroom with shower.

Two Pools and Outdoor Dining

Each unit has its own infinity swimming pool. Therefore, guests can enjoy privacy while still sharing the wider villa experience.

The outdoor area includes seating spaces, sunbeds, daybeds, umbrellas, and two outdoor showers. In addition, the shaded dining area seats 14 guests, making it ideal for long group meals.
