Moa 1 is a 400 square meters (4,300 square feet) 5 bedroom beachfront villa spread on 3 floors with a 14×7 meters (46×23 feet) infinity pool. A secluded golden sandy beach with private sun beds and umbrellas is right at your doorstep.

On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom en-suite with 2 king single size beds and a single sofa bed opening onto a veranda with a wonderful sea view. There is also a large bedroom en-suite with a king size bed opening onto a veranda with a wonderful sea view, and one large bedroom en-suite with 2 twin extra-long size beds opening onto a veranda with a wonderful sea view. You can enjoy the wonderful sea view from the shaded outdoor sitting area.

On the first floor, there is a large indoor living room with a dining table seating 14 people and a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is direct access to the swimming pool.

On the second floor, there is a master bedroom en-suite with a king size bed opening onto a large balcony with a sofa to enjoy the breathtaking sea view. On this floor, you can also find a walk-in closet study with a small library.

There is also a second large bedroom en-suite with a king size bed opening onto a veranda with a wonderful sea view. You can enjoy the wonderful sea view from the outdoor shaded sitting area.
