Upon entering the villa, which is furnished to a very high standard, you will find a very well-equipped living-kitchen-dining area, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, satellite TV and separate access to the garden, as well as a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. On the same level there is a studio with a separate entrance and a double bed, living room, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom.

On the second floor you will find a hallway with direct access to the outdoor terraces and the garden as well as a guest WC. A spacious dining room, a stylish living room with fireplace and satellite TV and a fully equipped open kitchen are located on the first floor, as well as 3 bright and spacious double bedrooms with wooden furniture, beautiful bedding and large windows offering stunning views of the island. There is also a further WC and an office room. The bedrooms have plenty of storage space, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth access, satellite TV, air conditioning and spacious balconies with panoramic sea views and lounge set. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with amenities.

The outdoor entertainment area is very glamorous. The beautifully designed heated swimming pool (13m x 9m, 1.40m deep) with 4 paddling pools (each 2m x 1m with depths between 0.7 – 0.96m) and elegant seating areas is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the panoramic views. There are also first class barbecue and dining facilities to make use of. The beautiful villa also offers some private parking spaces. There is also a soccer table and soccer goals in the villa.
