The ground level also includes a fully equipped kitchen, W.C., and two sea-view bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has separate external access and doors to a terrace.

The upper level includes a master bedroom with a four-poster bed, en-suite bathroom with rain shower, and large sea-view terrace. It also has another bedroom with external staircase access, en-suite bathroom, and two small sea-view terraces.

Villa 1 Lower Level and Exterior

The lower ground level of Villa 1 includes three bedrooms with twin or double beds and en-suite shower rooms. There is also one more bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors leading to the pool area.
