This property is separated into the main house and its cottage, with the main house offering 4 bedrooms and the cottage offering an additional 2 bedrooms. On entering the main house, you’re greeted by spectacular views of the swimming pool, which is surrounded by loungers for perfect lazy days in the sun. A well-equipped kitchen complete with a wine cooler can be found on this ground level, as well as a spacious, air-conditioned entertainment space. Both open onto a covered terrace featuring dining and entertaining spaces, with views of the beautiful gardens that surround the property. All bedrooms can be found on the upper-level, with the spacious primary suite occupying the East wing of the property. Its en-suite’s bathroom is complete with a vintage standing jet tub. The three remaining suites can be found between the west wing and right wing of the property, with all four suites being connected by a terrace where all guests in the main house can lounge together.

The self-contained cottage is fully equipped and boasts its own private, gated entrance as well as parking spaces with the cottage’s two bedrooms located on the upper level. Guests within the cottage benefit from the additional privacy of being set away from the main house amongst fully mature trees and gardens.

With all the amenities to enjoy easy outdoor island life, Amberley House is perfect for large groups. The property may be booked as a 4-bedroom, housing 8 guests, or a 6-bedroom, housing 12 across the main house and cottage.

Stays at Amberley House include both a housekeeper and a cook, while a laundress is included for bookings of 10 guests or more. Guests of Amberley also benefit from access to the Sandy Lane Beach Club on the world-famous Sandy Lane Beach.
