Completed in 2024, this exclusive retreat combines contemporary island living with breathtaking ocean views. Bohemia welcomes up to 18 guests across six beautifully designed bedrooms. The accommodation includes three private beachfront bungalows, a spacious Traveller Villa, and a family-friendly bunkhouse. Each building enjoys easy access to the beach and spectacular ocean views.

Each beachfront bungalow features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, walk-in shower, and covered veranda overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Meanwhile, the Traveller Villa offers two stylish bedrooms, an open-plan living area, a full kitchen, outdoor dining space, and both indoor and outdoor showers.

The spacious bunkhouse comfortably sleeps six guests. It also includes two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and beautiful beachfront views. Throughout the estate, Starlink Wi-Fi, satellite television, air conditioning, and modern comforts ensure a relaxing stay.

The oversized heated swimming pool provides a wonderful place to relax while enjoying uninterrupted ocean views. Beside the pool, the open-air Pool House creates the perfect social space. It features lounge seating, dining areas, refrigerators, and an honour bar for effortless entertaining.

Guests can also enjoy direct beach access, landscaped gardens, outdoor dining, a charcoal barbecue, a fire pit, sun loungers, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Consequently, every day can be spent swimming, dining outdoors, or simply unwinding beside the sea.
