Main House Living Spaces

The ground floor contains the main living areas. A front hall leads to a sun-drenched sitting room with high ceilings, outdoor terrace access, sea views, and a 600-year-old decorative fireplace.

The study and library include a Boston grand piano by Steinway, wireless internet, printer, books, and a balcony with sea and mountain views. Moreover, the dining room seats 12 and opens to outdoor terraces.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the pool and seats 8 to 10 guests. In addition, a large patio between the dining room and living room includes a marble table for 12 with sea views.

Top Floor Bedrooms

The top floor includes three bedrooms and a hall overlooking the living room and front hall. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large porch, decorative fireplace, private balcony, and two en-suite bathrooms.

One bathroom includes a large shower room, while the other has a Jacuzzi bathtub. As a result, the master suite feels especially spacious and luxurious.

The lower ground floor sits on the seaside level. The Gounalakis suite includes two bedrooms, each with twin beds that can combine into king-size beds.

The Marinos suite includes one bedroom with a 2 x 2 m bed, en-suite shower room, separate sitting area, and private terrace. In addition, this level has a large TV and games room with billiards, satellite channels, French doors to the pool area, utility rooms, and a W.C.

Separate Cottage and Guest Privacy

The separate cottage is located underneath the tennis court, around 65 metres from the main house. It accommodates up to four guests and is ideal for a small family.

The cottage includes two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Moreover, it has an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living space.

This separate accommodation adds flexibility and privacy. Therefore, the estate can host up to 16 guests in total across the main house and cottage.

Grounds, Pool and Sea Deck

The 12 x 6 m infinity pool overflows on the sea side and is surrounded on three sides by a large patio. The pool area includes a barbecue and dining space for at least 12 guests.

A private wooden deck platform by the sea includes lounge chairs, a sun umbrella, drinks fridge, and ladder into the crystal blue water. However, the sea is immediately deep and suitable only for strong swimmers on calm days.

The estate also includes a Davis Cup size tennis court, adjacent boules court, and available play equipment. In addition, the chapel has a lovely patio and amazing sea views.
