Hillside House is arranged over 2 floors with an open-plan living area on the first floor and bedrooms on the ground floor. The property can sleep 14 to 20 in 7 en-suite bedrooms and 4 sofa beds.

First Floor

Open-plan living room: a large room with an amazing large arched floor-to-ceiling window with great views of the gardens. The dining area has seating for 10 guests and the lounge areas have large sofas to sit back and relax; there are doors that open onto a large balcony with outside seating. The area near the kitchen has an additional dining table for seating 6 guests. There are 2 large TVs, 1 Flat screen with Blu-ray DVD player and a Wii games console, the other is a large curved TV, both have Freeview and DVD viewing. There are a selection of DVD’s for all ages, board games, chess, cards, dominoes and various other games.

Bedroom 7: a large double bedroom, TV with Freeview, the en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower

Kitchen: a bespoke, handmade fully-equipped kitchen which includes two double ovens, microwave, large fridge/freezer, two hot cupboards, dishwasher and a wine cooler

Hillside House has an outside terrace with seating and the property stands in just over 2 and a half acres of land which includes a small pony paddock to the front, with small football nets and balls, swing ball, cricket set, rounders set, bicycles for adults and children to help themselves to during your stay, children’s swings and slide in the paddock.
