Ski Access

Kadenwood Retreat reigns as the most coveted property for an unrivalled ski holiday in Whistler, thanks to its exceptional ski access and a multitude of conveniences, eliminating the need for tedious shuttle rides or long walks to the slopes.
Ski right to and from the door of Kadenwood Retreat, which backs directly onto the groomed “Home Run” ski trail. To start your day on the slopes, exit from your private ski plaza onto the “Home Run” trail which leads to the base of Whistler Mountain, and upload the new 10-person Creekside Gondola to access Whistler Blackcomb’s remarkable terrain.

Location

Kadenwood is situated on the south side of Whistler Mountain, elevated above Whistler Creekside, and can be reached either by road or a short 5-minute ride on a private gondola from the base of Creekside.

Things to Know

• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am – 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, we include a construction discount at the time of booking as compensation for any disturbances guests may experience.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
