One of the property’s most distinctive features is its beautifully restored old stone mill, a reminder of Saint-Barthélemy’s heritage. Now home to the villa’s fourth bedroom, the mill overlooks the white sands of Saint Jean Beach and gives this beachfront retreat a unique sense of character.

The living room enjoys beautiful ocean views and extends naturally into the outdoor areas. As a result, guests can move easily between the villa’s interiors, pool and beachfront setting.

Outside, the swimming pool is surrounded by palm trees and overlooks the beach. Meanwhile, the sea is just steps away, making it easy to alternate between relaxing by the pool and spending time on the sand.

Offering ocean views, Bedroom One can be configured with a queen-size bed or twin beds. The room also features air conditioning, a fan, safe, TV and shower.

Bedroom Two

Similarly, Bedroom Two offers a queen-size or twin-bed configuration alongside ocean views. Air conditioning, a fan, TV and shower are provided, together with Dish Network.

Bedroom Three

Guests staying in Bedroom Three can also choose between a queen-size bed or twin beds. Alongside its ocean views, the room features air conditioning, a safe, TV and shower. In addition, Dish Network and Canal+ are available.

Finally, the fourth bedroom is set within the villa’s beautifully restored old stone mill. Overlooking Saint Jean Beach, this distinctive room features a queen-size bed, ocean views, air conditioning, TV and shower, as well as Dish Network and Canal+.

Location is one of Villa Le Moulin’s greatest advantages. Saint Jean Beach is directly accessible on foot, with its white sands just outside the property.
