Sustainable materials were selected throughout the construction. Solid log walls provide durability and natural insulation, while vertical thermo-treated pine cladding adds a contemporary finish. Inside, exposed log walls and thermo-treated fir flooring create warmth and texture. Acoustic ceiling panels ensure comfort and tranquillity, allowing the interiors to feel both refined and peaceful.

Nearly 1,500 square metres of decking extend across the island’s rocky terrain, offering multiple places to relax, dine, and enjoy the ever-changing sea views. Outdoor cooking areas allow guests to prepare meals while enjoying the surrounding landscape, while several sheltered dining spaces adapt naturally to changing wind directions and sunlight.

The island itself forms a compact triangular shape with three small peninsulas extending toward the northern shore. Dramatic rocky bays provide natural protection from the elements, while one deep bay forms a natural harbour suitable for docking boats. A second, more sheltered bay offers the perfect place for sea swimming during warmer months.
