Villa Moa 1 offers five bedrooms across three floors. On the ground floor, there are three large en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom opens onto a veranda with wonderful sea views.

One bedroom has two king single beds and a single sofa bed. Another bedroom has a king-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin extra-long beds. In addition, guests can enjoy the shaded outdoor sitting area with sea views.

The first floor includes a large indoor living room with a fireplace. It also has a dining table for 14 guests and a fully equipped kitchen. From this level, guests have direct access to the swimming pool.

The second floor includes the master en-suite bedroom. It has a king-size bed and opens onto a large balcony with a sofa and breathtaking sea views. This floor also includes a walk-in closet study with a small library.

Villa Moa 1 Outdoor Living

The indoor and outdoor living space in front of the pool measures 150 sq. m. It includes couches, sunbeds, umbrellas, and two dining tables for 20 guests.

Guests will also find an outdoor shower, barbecue grill, outdoor fridge, storage area, and a separate outdoor lounge area. In the evening, this lounge area offers glorious sea views.

There is also a large independent bedroom with two twin extra-long beds and a double sofa bed. This room has beautiful views and can also work as a playroom. A large independent bathroom sits close to this bedroom.

Villa Moa 2 offers six bedrooms across two floors. On the ground floor, there is one large bedroom with two twin extra-long beds. It opens onto a veranda with wonderful sea views.

This level also includes a second large en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed. It also opens onto a veranda with wonderful sea views. Outside, guests can relax in the shaded sitting area and enjoy the view.

The first floor includes four more bedrooms. The master en-suite bedroom has a king-size bed and opens onto a veranda with glorious sea views.

Both villas offer private pool areas and sea-view outdoor spaces. Villa Moa 1 has a 14 m x 7 m infinity pool, while Villa Moa 2 has a 10 m x 6 m swimming pool.

The golden sandy beach is close to both villas. At Villa Moa 1, it sits right at the doorstep. From Villa Moa 2, guests can reach it in around two minutes on foot.
