Description

There are 4 double air-conditioned bedrooms in the main house on the first floor, with two Master bedrooms each having its own ensuite bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms also with ensuite bathrooms. The additional 2 bedrooms are located in a recently built guest cottage across from the pool, with their own living and dining areas and fully equipped kitchen.

Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and is air-conditioned. Living can either be indoors or on the covered terrace overlooking the lovely large pool and tropical gardens stretching to 1 1/2 acres . The ground floor of the main house includes a large air conditioned living room opening onto the covered terrace and a separate dining room and further breakfast/kitchen area.

Rose of Sharon also enjoys the use of the Sandy Lane Beach Facilities, (which include beach chairs, umbrellas, snack bar, washrooms & showers) on the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach.

Rose of Sharon has once more undergone a further refurbishment in recent months.  Rose of Sharon is a six bedroom house upgraded to a AAA standard with all bedrooms having en suite bathrooms. The new additions include:

• An additional out house with a purpose built gym that has now been further extended with top class equipment that includes TV, audio equipment, etc;
• A Pool Deck that has been extended to provide additional space for relaxing with barbeque facilities included;
• An internal dining room & breakfast/kitchen area has been further developed to provide a seamless area for enjoyment, conversation and entertainment;
• Grounds that have been extended and the garden completely overhauled and landscaped. A completely new experience where no expense has been spared to ensure an unforgettable experience.  Positioned in the natural gully at the end of the garden is a bespoke Gully Deck with  waterfall,  superb  for entertaining during the day or at night having a glass of champagne or wine under the stars.
