Description

On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to a spacious living room with sliding windows overlooking the terrace, garden and swimming pool area. On the left side of the living room there is a tv room, equipped with a Smart TV and access to several cable channels, and on the right side there is the dining room. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped with double fridge and freezer ice maker, electric oven, warming tray, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer and Nespresso coffee machine, also has a central island that includes a dining area, with high stools, an electric hob and a wine fridge. Next to the kitchen we also find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes, and a cloakroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) all with built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. The main double bedroom has a TV and a private terrace with views of the garden, swimming pool and golf course. The house is equipped with air conditioning, available upon request for a small extra fee, and free wi-fi.

Outside, there is a spacious raised terrace, overlooking the pool and garden, which features several seating areas. On this level of the terrace there is a covered outdoor kitchen and a dining area equipped with a dining table with seating for 10 people, a counter with 4 stools, a food prep area with a wine chiller, a drinks fridge, dishwasher and a Beefeater
gas BBQ.
The swimming pool can be heated upon request for an extra fee.
The garden is mature, full of shrubs, colourful plants, palm trees and pine trees.
The cleaning service is from Monday to Friday except on holidays.
