Description

The main house has an area of 360m2 and each of the guest houses have an area of  45m2.

The main house is built at 3 levels. At the first floor, there are 2 master bedrooms with super king-size beds (1,80m) and ensuite bathrooms, one of which has a skylight bathroom and shower, with exceptional sea view and for an amazing star-gazing shower experience, plus a bathtub. At the ground level, there are 2 bedrooms with super king-size beds (1,80m) that may be transformed into 2 single beds (0,90m each) and ensuite bathrooms, an open space kitchen/dining room and living room, and a guest WC. The large sliding partition towards the sea view creates an open space that virtually connects the kitchen/dining room with the swimming pool and the sea view. The basement is comprised by a cinema/projection area, a gym, a WC and 2 staff bedrooms, one of which with ensuite bathroom and a separate external entrance. The gym has a Kettler multigym machine, a Viking treadmill, TRX suspension trainer kit and a punching bag/gloves.

Guest house A has one open space, with a super king-size bed (1,80m), a sofa/living room that may be turned into a queen-size bed (1,60m), a kitchenette and bathroom facilities.

Guest House B is similar to House A, with a super king-size (1,80m) bed, a sofa/living room that may be turned into a queen-size bed (1,60m), a kitchenette and bathroom facilities.

The estate has a swimming pool with a 32-meter long (1,5m wide) swimming lane and a maximum depth 1,5 m. The surface of the pool is approx. 175 m2 and includes a sunken living room with a fireplace for amazing night gatherings under the stars.

A fully equipped outdoor BBQ/kitchen & dining area is situated close to the swimming pool; with a Napoleon gas grill and a pergola of approx. 65 m2.

All bedrooms have TVs, autonomous air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

The property may host 12 adults, plus 4 children, plus service staff.

The estate is situated approx. 50 meters from the sea and one of the most beautiful beaches of the area, with turquoise waters. It has a total surface of 10.000m2 and neighbors to a small private pine forest. The view to the sea and Spetses island is unobstructed and amphitheatrical, due to the gradual elevation of the estate surface. The parking lot includes a Tesla EV charger.

The architectural approach aimed at creating an environment-friendly, minimal building structure, and achieved a perfect blend between luxury and serenity.
