In the second zone there are 2 spacious separate bedrooms with sea views, one small bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea and forest, as well as 2 bathrooms (one of which is with a bathtub).

Second level: The second floor is also divided into 2 independent zones with their own staircases. Both zones are symmetrical to each other.
The first zone has 2 isolated bedrooms with large individual terraces with views of the sea and Mount Olympus, a bathroom with a bathtub.
In the second part, absolutely symmetrical, the same bedrooms with open terraces with wonderful views of the sea and mountains, a bathroom with a bathtub.

Outside outdoor: The exterior spaces offer a swimming pool with fresh water (7m x 18m) with 3 watering cans, umbrellas and tents from the sun, sun loungers and an outdoor shower, a 12m x 24m sports field equipped with a rubber covering, basketball rings, a badminton net, a wall for lawn tennis, table tennis and tennis machine. The barbecue area is a covered space with a sea view, with an area of 30 sq/m with marble dining table and chairs, barbecue, spit and oven. One of the pavilions with an area of 30 sq/m overlooking the sea is located in a forest zone, the second with an area of 60 sq/m with an awning roof in a landscaped park area. The territory also has a guest house for the security guard, covered parking.
