This beautiful villa offers a high standard furnishing throughout providing tasteful interior accommodation and plenty of outside areas to relax and to enjoy the sun! This villa accommodates up to 10 people. There are 4 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom. The property has a small entertainment room, with a TV and pool table.

Dunas Douradas has been a well-known and highly regarded resort for families for many years. The lovely long and golden sandy beach is within a short walking distance and the communal pool brings families together. The restaurants at Julia’s Beach and Vale do Lobo are within a 10-15 minute walk along the beach.

And for the golfers: Some of the world’s most distinguished golf courses are only a short driving distance away namely, Vale do Lobo Royal and Ocean, Quinta do Lago South and North, Laranjal, São Lourenço are just a few.

As this property is a registered member of the prestigious Dunas Douradas Resort (not Dunas Douradas Beach Club!), you will be able to have the privilege of the using the communal pool and tennis courts (near Xenia’s Restaurant).

• Maid service: 2x week for a maximum of 2h per day, except bank holidays

• Linen change: after 7 days of occupation
• Pool heating available at 320€ per week – From April to October
• Note: The lower ground floor does not have AC.
