Originally dating back to 1400, with additional construction undertaken between 1700 and 1800, the entire residence was sympathetically restructured in 1997. Every year the owner carries out a renovation in order to have everything up to date.
The villa has four floors which give a total area of 1500 m2.
All the bedrooms in the property have a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower (with a small number of exceptions which only have a shower), air conditioning, a phone, a safe, a hairdryer and a television.
The main villa, which looks similar to a castle, has various living rooms all decorated and furnished in elegant and comfortable 19th-century furnishings.
Particularly pleasant are the various furnished terraces, which offer a range of settings in which to enjoy dinner or breakfast.
Guests can enjoy superb and unforgettable dinners either outside or inside the villa.
The staff works every day to clean the villa, carry out maintenance work, take care of the gardens and assist guests. The staff lives onsite, utmost privacy is guaranteed for guests.

the kitchen can be used only by the villa staff. A couple from the staff lives in the main villa, another couple lives in the guest house and the keyholder lives on the lower floor of Villa Budker. Complete privacy for guests is ensured. The above-indicated bedroom numbers are given by the staff in order to facilitate the internal organization during your stay.
