Entering the villa, at the ground level, there is the living room that features modern and boho styled cushions and furniture. A corner fireplace is decorating the indoor scene and through wooden veranda doors and windows, the sun leaves a warm touch. Stepping a few meters away, a central located white colored cement table invites you for dinner or lunch, directly connected with a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Straight access through a wide opening leads to the large natural colored cement outdoor table where the total number of the guests may gather while the magnificent Aegean view is present. The barbeque/dining area is a highlight of this villa inviting all fourteen guests to dine together.

At the same level, opposite the kitchen area, a warm twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom offers accommodation for two friends or placing the linen accordingly, a couple may share this romantic bedroom. Next to it, a large storage room with laundry facilities is located. Also, an independent toilet is available for all the guests at this same level as well. Few steps lower from the ground level, a serene twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom may host up two guests. The stairs, close to this bedroom lead to a large basement where someone may place a yoga mat and use it as a cool workout room.

At the upper level of this unique villa, a double bedroom with chic decoration offers a distinctive view from the large stone-paved verandas. The en-suite bathroom with shower and double-sink vanity unit serves comfortably its guests. This level also features two twin bedrooms, one enjoys great sea view and a balcony and the other seems more tranquil offering landscape view through its openings. An adjoining shower bathroom offers common use for these bedrooms.

The elegant guest house

The bohemian sense of styling fits to this independent and splendid guest house. In its contemporary interior four guests may be accommodated in one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and in a twin room with its own bathroom. Soft cushions, stylish rattan decoration along with warm wooden details incorporate perfectly to an atmosphere of laziness. The swimming pool is placed directly in front of the guest house making it appealing to enjoy a morning dive.

The outdoor

Spacious outdoor verandas, a large pergola terrace and comfy sitting areas, all of them invite you to watch the unique colors during the sunrise and sunset while you are gazing at the amazing sea view. Sunbeds and lazy pillows are available to guests wishing to hang out offering unwind summer memories. The main outdoor area in front of the swimming pool is a recommended spot of the house for an evening cocktail or an earlier break before starting to explore the Parian nights.
