Juniors suites

The suites have independent terraces that open onto the lower garden and lawn, and spectacular sea and sunsets views. Suites are between 35 and 50m2 .

Master bedroom, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 200 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, living area, TV, safe, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 4 – Chambre 4 :
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the garden, connecting room. This bedroom has 1 single beds 80 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, private terrace.

Room 5 – chambre 5 :
Room, Intermediate floor. This bedroom has 1 single beds 90 cm. Bathroom outside the room. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Main entrance Oversized terrace (350m2 ) and large windows overlooking the sea. Living room Extremely spacious and bright, it is surrounded with bulletproof glass panels with open views to the Mediterranean sea and coast.
Living room divided into two areas with two independent areas of sofas, one of them with 50’’ TV and Bose professional sound system.
Dining area The Mediterranean style dining area is adjacent to the living room and can easily be incorporated to it. It has a large dining table to seat up to 12 people.
Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, large american refrigerator, two sinks, Teka induction cooktop and extractor, Corian countertops, and Italian porcelain floor. The kitchen has views to the garden.

Outdoors

Infinity Pool The villa is equipped with a 96m2 infinity pool that has open views to the Mediterranean sea and coast.

Part of the garden is on a hill and because of the nclination some areas go above the height of the villa creating a breathtaking environment.
