Interiors

Villa Dorsey reflects the traditional style of Gallura stazzo houses. In particular, it features local stone, juniper wood ceiling beams and natural colour tones inspired by sand and soil. The main villa is arranged over two levels and includes a spacious living room with direct views over the infinity pool. In addition, it offers a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area.

The sleeping areas are distributed between the main building, an adjacent annexe, and a separate guest house.

In the main villa, the upper level features two double bedrooms overlooking the pool, each with a private bathroom and covered porch. On the lower level, there are two additional double bedrooms that share a bathroom, ensuring comfort and space for all guests. There is also another bedroom with a private bathroom reserved for the caretaker, whose presence is completely discreet, guaranteeing guest privacy while providing immediate assistance if needed. Additionally, the lower floor houses a staff room with two single beds, a bathroom, and a laundry area.

The annexe, adjacent to the main villa, offers two double bedrooms and one bathroom, all with views of the pool and a spacious veranda, creating an elegant and serene retreat.

The guest house, located approximately 200 metres from the main building, provides two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a covered panoramic porch, allowing guests complete autonomy and privacy.

Throughout the property, guests have access to Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, Smart TVs, and modern household appliances, ensuring comfort and convenience during their stay.

Exteriors

Outside, the property extends across approximately 18,000 square metres of garden. The infinity pool covers around 250 square metres and features a beach-style entrance with natural monoliths. In addition, garden areas surround part of the pool, creating different outdoor spaces for relaxation.

Moreover, the villa includes an outdoor barbecue area and summer kitchen. Guests can also use the outdoor gym, which is equipped with a treadmill and a small selection of fitness equipment. A helipad is available on the property. Beach and pool towels are provided for guest use.

Location

Villa Dorsey is located approximately 12 minutes from Porto Rotondo and Golfo Aranci. In addition, Porto Cervo and Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport are both around 30 minutes away. Therefore, the location offers a balance between natural surroundings and easy access to key destinations along the Costa Smeralda.
