The house is perfect for families or friends, giving a lot of space for entertaining. The owner has furnished the villa with great attention to each detail, using the simplicity and purity of the white colour which is perfect for a seaside villa. Wooden floors are everywhere except the kitchen, as well as white soft curtains to frame every moment of your view. The kitchen and dining room offer equipment useful for cooking lovers. The glasses, plates, and all cutlery are suitable for elegant dinners.

Villa Eads is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms. The villa has a small garden which is all over the villa and very well maintained. Costa Paradiso extends along the northern coast of Sardinia, an area of more than 800 hectares, most of which consists of the nature park. A coastline characterized by massive and majestic cliffs eroded by wind, see-through water, views, and landscapes of indescribable beauty. Near Costa Paradiso, there are many beautiful secluded, and pristine beaches.

The surroundings and environment of Costa Paradiso are the undisputed protagonists: a generous quantity of nature in which you can find a combination of crystal clear waters, Mediterranean colours, and the shades coming from the pink granite rocks. The entrance to the garden is through an electric gate that opens to a car parking area secluded from the house. Just across the garden and you will find the main entrance under the pink bougainvillaea flowers welcoming you.
3 steps up, a dining wood table for 8 guests overlooks the main living room and just faces the kitchen, hidden from a sliding door. Direct access to the outdoor eating area in the backyard (4 guests) with an umbrella (no sea view), well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and direct access to outdoor area with separate counter and kitchen basin for cleaning vegetables outside (no barbecue or fire outside has it is forbidden in the region due to security reason). The outdoor kitchen leads to a covered outdoor eating area with a round table for 8 guests. Living room with French windows opening to an outdoor covered terrace with sea view and, TV room with sofa seating 4, big flat-screen TV and direct access to a balcony with sea view, guest bathroom.

Lower Ground Floor
outdoor hallway: 11 steps down washing machine, another 11 steps down.
bedroom 1: master bedroom suite (bed size 160cmx200cm not convertible into a twin) and living area with sofa and a small table with a lamp to be used as relaxing private area, with direct access to the garden. The sofa is convertible into a double bed. The suite has also a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower (+ extra handheld shower). The entrance can be from a private door or from the garden, with a secluded extra open-air shower with both cold and hot water.
bedroom 2: double bedroom (bed size 160cmx200cm not convertible into a twin) plus en suite bathroom with shower (+ extra handheld shower) and door opening to a balcony with sea view sharing with the previously mentioned bedroom. From this bedroom internal connection (14 steps up) to bedroom 3.
bedroom 3: bedroom equipped with a bunk bed (bed size 90cmx200cm, has also independent entrance) plus en suite bathroom with shower (+ extra handheld shower) and door opening to a balcony with sea view.
bedroom 4: double bedroom (bed size 160cmx200cm), with private wardrobe, plus en suite bathroom with shower (+ extra hand-held shower) and door opening to a balcony with sea view sharing with the previously mentioned bedroom 1.

Outdoor
12 steps up: across the garden, there is the swimming pool area (partial sea view) with covered sun area and outdoor shower (cold/warm water), guest bathroom with changing area, garden with fruit trees, front and back yard dining area with sea view.
