Description

On entering the villa there is an impressive hallway with spiral staircase. From here you have the large living room, comprising of multiple seating areas, a games table and a snug with TV. This room has plenty of doors out to the garden, allowing for lots of natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a large central island/breakfast bar, this room leads to a dining area with doors outside. There is a further formal dining room with table and chairs to seat 10.

The ground floor also has 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The first is a double guest suite with bathroom, and the other two are also double en-suite rooms and have access out to the pool area.
The final 2 bedrooms are on the first floor. The first of these is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the final room is a good sized master suite with full bathroom. Both of these rooms have access to a terrace which has stairs down to the garden.

Outside there is a huge lawned garden perfect for children. The private pool is heatable and there are ample sun loungers. There are also multiple covered terraces with seating/dining areas and a BBQ.
