On the basement level there is a double bedroom and an extra sleeping area with a partition curtain- please note that this area is not private so it would suit young families with children. Both areas share one bathroom. There is a laundry room and storeroom on the same floor.

The private pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost and there is a Gazebo/Bar area perfect for entertaining friends and family. There is a separate BBQ area and plenty of space to enjoy dining al-fresco.

Please note, there is a music system (portable speaker) which can be used for inside the villa or for the outside area & by the pool. There is no air conditioning in the basement (2 bedrooms) but there is 1 portable air conditioning machine available.
