Interiors

Main House: Villa Loren is a quaint and cosy space with a fully equipped kitchen that will bring out your inner chef. The ground floor consists of a living room with a lovely fireplace, a dining room that has two dining tables and some unique collectibles such as the villa’s wine press – a gentle reminder of the agricultural history of the family. There is also access to the garden and one of the gazebos through the living room. Also there, guests will find two bedrooms that are accessible from a separate outside staircase. The two bedrooms form a quadruple suite, ideal for families with a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom that all lead on from one another. There is a small sitting room, halfway between the ground floor and the first floor. Up on the first floor, there are two spacious double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms with showers. Both bedrooms have big bay windows allowing for spectacular views of the sea and the garden respectively. The bedrooms can also be accessed by an external staircase and are connected. Guest House: For bigger groups, the villa features a grand guest house, set in its own space, boasts of three double bedrooms. It is centred around a hallway which is slightly elevated above the ground. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom while the other two share a bathroom. The guest house also has its own balcony. Suite: The suite is an apartment in itself and is perfect if you are a couple. Located on the ground floor of the guest house, it has its own living and dining area, a small kitchen and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Exteriors

The property boasts of a sprawling garden with direct access to the beach. You could choose to bask under the sun or the filtered sunlight under olive groves or palm trees. Guests will never feel crowded as the garden pans out in all directions. There is a raised terrace which is home to a gorgeous swimming pool, a jacuzzi for seven, an outdoor kitchen and a beautiful dining space. There are also several sun loungers making the terrace perfect for relaxing. There is also a lovely little kitchen garden you could pick fresh vegetables from! The rest of the garden is dotted with seating spaces and looks like a magical meadow with the outdoor lighting in the evening.

Location

The nearest town is Letojanni, a seaside town offering a great selection of bars and restaurants to choose from. The villa is also 15 minutes away from Taormina, one of the most picturesque Sicilian towns. Another destination not to be missed is the hill-top town of Castelmola, where you can enjoy outstanding views and taste a delicious almond wine. Mount Etna, Europe’s highest active volcano, is another destination which is definitely worth a visit. At 60 km from the villa is the fascinating city of Catania, where Guests will find ravishing sites, delicious restaurants and beautiful shops. The location, the ambience and of course the villa itself makes this property definitely one of the best places to stay for your next Sicilian adventure!
