House I (about 180 sq. m.) comprises 4 bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom each and also 1 extra room, which can be used as a playroom or single bedroom. Here you can enjoy watching TV or playing video games (PlayStation console provided). Moreover, guests can use gym equipment to work out. House II (55 sq. m.) offers 1 more bedroom, 1 bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette. This unit has the best views of the sea. These houses are connected with common space including a lounge area with fireplace, big TV, dining set for ten persons and a huge kitchen. It comes fully equipped for self-cooking, including all necessary appliances and crockery. Panoramic glass doors open directly to the terrace.
The terrace is complemented by a 60 sq. m. swimming pool with a Jacuzzi area. Water in the pool can be heated upon request. In addition, the outdoor area offers a barbeque area, a gazebo, and ping pong.
The residence is fully secured, fenced, and equipped with an alarm system for most private living. With all these facilities and services, this villa will fulfil the highest demands of the guests staying here. -
