Built on two levels, both villas boast breathtaking sea views, while the nearly private bay and the expansive pool, which transitions into a beach-like area on one side, create an ideal spot for all-day relaxation and water activities. The property comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests, including children and infants, with 10 bedrooms and an additional maid’s room.

The villas are tastefully decorated with distinctive architectural elements, giving them an air of sophistication. The master bedroom is bright and airy, featuring a walk-in closet and direct access to the pool area. One of the bedrooms also includes a small loft with two mattresses, perfect for a family of four. Inside, the two dining rooms and two living rooms offer cozy spaces for various times of the day. Outside, the spacious areas include a pool, two dining spaces, two lounges, and a barbecue, perfect for both intimate family gatherings and lively pool parties. The estate’s English-speaking general manager is available to drive guests to nearby attractions, such as tavernas or shops, in the villa’s 8-seater van.

The autonomous beach houses consist of two interconnecting rooms, designed in a contemporary minimalist style. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to a verandah, where the sea is just steps away.

Beach House I Layout

A second bedroom with two single beds (1x2m each) that can be combined into a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, workspace, TV, and verandah access.
The two bedrooms can function as separate rooms or as a two-bedroom apartment through an interconnecting door.

Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, en-suite shower rooms, workspaces, TVs, and verandah access with sea views. These rooms can also be used either as two separate bedrooms or as an apartment with an interconnecting door.
