Set on the slopes of Lion’s Head on the East and between Sea Point and Bantry Bay to the suburb’s Northwest and Southwest respectively, you are spoiled for choice, be it exploring the mountain or the city’s host of fine wineries.

Fresnaye is situated between Signal Hill and Sea Point, a few kilometres to the west of Cape Town’s Central Business District and a short drive to any one of our breathtaking beaches. The city is vibrant with culture and culinary delights that will leave it’s stamp on your heart and taste buds.

The villa has four bedrooms: three on the upper level and one on the lower level. The lower level also includes a cinema room, kitchenette, and a Queen-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, a central study/playroom offers good views, with the master suite featuring a private balcony, luxurious furnishings, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each have a Queen bed and their own en-suite bathrooms, one with sea views and the other with views of Lion’s Head.
