This sea view villa with heated infinity pool also features an 80-inch Smart Samsung TV, ecological bioethanol fireplace, Siemens-equipped kitchen, large dining area for 14, heated seawater spa infinity pool, stargaze fire pit, BBQ area, open-air showers, and outdoor dining for up to 16 guests.

The layout is designed for both convenience and luxury. Therefore, guests can enjoy shared meals, poolside relaxation, private terraces, wellness time, and beautiful sea views throughout their stay.

Living, Dining and Kitchen

The living and sitting area includes a comfortable corner sofa, nesting coffee table, 80-inch Smart Samsung TV, home office area, and ecological bioethanol fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling doors open onto a large veranda with panoramic Cretan Sea views.

The kitchen is fitted with two Siemens large fridges, a 32-inch Siemens flat-screen TV, built-in oven, microwave, stainless steel electric smoothtop cooktop, Nespresso machine, juicer, and kettle. In addition, the cupboards and drawers are fully stocked with cooking utensils, eating utensils, and cleaning products.

The dining area includes a large table with 14 chairs and a beautifully designed ceiling lamp. It also has an additional entrance to the garden, a guest toilet, and a storage area.

Outdoor Pool and Dining

The outdoor highlight is the 42 sq. m. heated seawater spa infinity pool. It includes against-current swim, Jacuzzi features, and a waterfall jet.

A stargaze fire pit creates a romantic setting for evenings and nights. Moreover, sun loungers and open-air showers add comfort around the pool area.

The roofed terrace includes a monastery-style table with up to 16 chairs. In addition, a swing and BBQ area with gas BBQ and covered kitchen complete the outdoor dining space.

Upper Floor Bedrooms

The upper floor includes three bedrooms and has elevator access to the ground floor and outdoor area. It also includes a second-floor additional entrance with a ramp.

The accessible bedroom includes a king-size bed, sea-view floor-to-ceiling windows, terrace access, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, digital safe box, and a bathroom designed with wheelchair users in mind. This bathroom includes a larger shower space, higher toilet, handheld bidet, lower sink, grab rail, and towel dryer.

The standard bedroom has a king-size bed that can separate into two singles, private garden-view terrace, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, safe box, and shower bathroom. The second master bedroom includes a sea-view terrace, open-space bathtub with glass wall, two sinks, rain shower, and handheld bidet.

Top Floor Bedrooms

The top floor includes one standard bedroom and the first master bedroom. This level also has elevator access and a separate entrance with wheelchair ramp to the first master bedroom and terrace area.

The standard bedroom has similar features to the first-floor standard room. However, its special feature is a private terrace with infinity pool and sea view.

The first master bedroom is similar to the second master bedroom. It includes a larger dressing and working table behind the bed, an open-space bathtub, private elevator entrance, and outside parking space.

Lowest Floor Wellness and Extra Rooms

The lowest floor includes two standard bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both have large windows looking directly to the sea.

This level also includes a steam bath built with Greek Dionysos marble, a shower, toilet, additional kitchen area, storage, and laundry room. Moreover, the equipped gym is available here for guest use.

This level does not have elevator access.
