Spread across three floors, our spacious villa features four luxurious bedrooms – two with en-suite bathrooms and two with a shared bathrooms. The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in real beds, and two more on the sofa bed. A sauna awaits you on the lower level, providing a perfect space for recreation and relaxation.

The ground floor boasts a cozy living room and lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Access the terrace and outdoor dining area directly from this floor. The first floor offers a spacious living-cum gathering area with a fireplace, a dining table, a bar with stools, a pool table, and a table football, as well as a shared WC.

The second floor features a master round-shaped bedroom with a super-king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. This floor also offers access to a sea-view terrace with a connected twin bedroom featuring two single beds. Another double bedroom with a queen-size bed is connected to the master bedroom, with a shared bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Located in the Faliraki area, our villa overlooks the famous “Anthony Quinn Bay” and is just a 10-minute walk from the sea. Many sandy beaches are close to the villa, including the famous Anthony Quinn Bay, where you can enjoy long summer days by the sea. A wide variety of restaurants and bars are located just a 5-minute drive away, while the lively town of Rhodes is only an 18-minute drive from the villa.
