Just 10 minutes from Guincho beach and 5 minutes from Cascais, the pleasures of Portugal are literally at your doorstep. The villa’s interiors were decorated by a well-respected interior designer and their stylish yet understated taste is evidenced throughout. Waxed wooden floors, bright white walls and modern art and sculptures create a suave feeling as soon as you step through the door.

The central space is open plan, with a table and gorgeous tree ornament in the centre, and leads off to the other living rooms on the ground floor, with a balcony on the second floor over-looking it.

There’s a large indoor dining table, kitted out with chic red and gold chairs and overhanging lights. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows are dotted around the living room, which is made up of plush white sofas, a flat screen TV and electric fireplace. This room leads out onto the impressive terrace beyond, which is covered and has a spacious dining table and comfy outdoor sofas for al-fresco dining.

Beyond the terrace is a stunning rectangular pool, set within luscious grasses and surrounded by palm trees.

There is also private parking outside meaning you can easily get around the local area. This villa has 5 modern double bedrooms with one further bedroom if you so please, all of which are decorated in a cool art-deco style with block colour furnishings and large lamps and flat-screen TVs throughout. The bathrooms are beautiful, with huge marble fixtures, skylight windows, dangling chandeliers and power showers throughout. You will truly feel that you are in the lap of luxury!
