This luxury villa with infinity pool underwent a meticulous six-year renovation between 2016 and 2022. As a result, the property combines modern comfort with elegant design. The villa offers generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, making it ideal for large groups and family gatherings.

The villa features a large open living room with multiple seating areas. Therefore, guests can relax together or enjoy quieter corners throughout the space.

One area includes a cosy TV lounge with a large sofa and television. Meanwhile, a second seating area sits next to the fireplace and creates a more formal space for conversation. The room also includes two dining tables, and large doors open directly onto the terrace. As a result, the indoor space connects naturally with the outdoor areas.

Country-Style Kitchen with Modern Appliances

Next to the living area you will find a fully equipped country-style kitchen. The kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. In addition, there are two American-style refrigerators with freezers and ice dispensers.

The kitchen also provides a juicer, food processor, blender, mixer and two coffee machines. A gas barbecue and plancha are available for outdoor cooking.

A separate utility room adds further convenience. This space includes a washer dryer, ironing board and steam iron.

Two of the bedrooms are independent apartments. Each apartment features its own living and dining area, along with a kitchenette.

In addition, four of the bedrooms can convert into twin rooms if required. Every bedroom also includes a desk, TV and wardrobe. Guests will also find 8950 organic toiletries, including body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Outdoor Terraces and Infinity Pool

Outside, the upper terrace provides comfortable seating areas and parasols. A large dining table seats up to 18 guests, making it perfect for outdoor meals and gatherings.

Stairs lead down to the spacious pool terrace. Here you will find two Bali beds, twelve sun loungers and several parasols for shade. The saltwater infinity pool measures 15 m × 6.6 m and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing.

The villa also features several lawned areas where guests can unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
