Description

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms distributed over 2 levels. On the ground level, you find 3 bedrooms (3 double beds). On each side of the corridor you have one bathroom (1 with a bathtub, the other with a shower). From this corridor you also access the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. After the corridor you find a guest WC.

Beside the living room you find the dining area with a direct access to the bright kitchen. In the fully equipped kitchen you find 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens (one steam oven), microwave, stove and American-style fridge. From the living room and the kitchen, you can access the garden and the pool area. In the middle of the living room you take the spiral staircase down to the lower level with its huge children playroom. From the playroom you access the Home Cinema, and the 2 other bedrooms – one ensuite – and one with an extra bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds.

In the bedrooms you can access internet by cable for more reliable connections. The Villa is surrounded by a garden with approx. 5000 m2. In the garden you find a pool, a lovely round terrace to enjoy the view and a tennis court that also allows to play football and basketball.
