Description

This beautiful villa is built over 3 levels. On the ground floor, the lounge area is quite spacious and big glass sliding doors that let the sun in and the interior is mainly white, which creates a very bright environment. The stars of the lounge area are the two bright navy blue couches and the detailed fireplace. There is an adjacent sitting area with 4 chairs and a coffee table ideal for a morning coffee. The dining area features a big oval table and seats up to 8 people and sliding doors lead to the exterior. The kitchen offers good space and is fully equipped, electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and also a breakfast bar with two seats. There is also a washing machine and a drier.

This villa has six bedrooms and all are comfortable and quite spacious. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms. Bedroom one and two have a double bed both with an en-suite with a shower and access to the outdoor area. Bedroom three and four are located on the first floor and both are double bedrooms, en-suite with bath and separate shower and access to large terraces.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the lower floor. Bedroom five and six both with double beds, en-suite bathrooms with shower and access to the exterior area. On this same level, it’s available a comfortable cinema room, a pool table and a ping pong table.

The exterior is quite spacious and organised.  This villa features a BBQ and exterior dining furniture (up to 8 people) where guest can enjoy “al-fresco” meals and they can spend unforgettable moments with family and friends. The beautiful swimming pool can be heated upon request (extra fee).

The property has air conditioning throughout.
