This beautiful newly renovated semi-detached townhouse, very tastefully decorated and well equipped, is the perfect holiday property for a family or group of friends.

Entering the villa we have the kitchen and lounge/dining area set in an open plan. The lounge area is beautifully decorated and is spacious and comfortable, features plenty of sitting space, a burning wood fireplace and a flat-screen TV with English channels. The dining area has a table and seats 6 people. Sliding doors lead to the terrace and pool area. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with oven, electric hob, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, wine cooler and an American style fridge/freezer with two doors.

Villa Sanderling has three bedrooms and sleeps five people. All bedrooms are on the first floor, bedroom one is the master bedroom with an en-suite, featuring a shower room and a balcony from where you can enjoy the sunsets. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom and bedroom three has a single bed and both share a bathroom with a bathtub.

There is also a cloakroom with a W.C. on the ground floor and air conditioning in all rooms.

The exterior terrace has a dining table and lounging area with a gas BBQ. There is an electric awning covering the exterior terrace for the very hot summer days. A few steps down and you are at the pool that can be heated upon request (extra fee) with a fence and a gate to make sure the little ones won’t easily get to the pool.

Villa Sanderling is located in Lakeside Village, Quinta do Lago and includes access to the large communal pool, pool bar and tennis courts of Lakeside Resort.
