Ground floor with indoor parking for at least 3 cars and a little bodega.
First floor we arrive to the communal open plan areas in the house , living room, dining room and state of the art kitchen. The living room has comfortable Fendi sofas where to enjoy the amazing Mediterranean views. Access to a very spacious terrace with amazing sea views.
At the back of the first floor there is a bedroom which can be a service bedroom or a normal bedroom with a sofa bed and a single bed with ensuite bathroom.
In the second accessible as the first one by elevator, we find the bedrooms area with the master bedroom with a posh circular bed, walking wardrobe bathroom and access to a terrace with the best sea views on the house, another very private and quiet big double room at the back with access to a very private terrace, and 2 more double bedrooms both ensuite.
