Villa Seeley

Description

The property consists of two properties – the cottage with three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and  the main villa with its eight double bedrooms/suites for a maximum of 16 guests. Seven of these doubles or suites in the main villa have an en suite bathroom and the remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom and would make an ideal family suite. One of the master suites sits at the top of the tower and features 360° of breathtaking views across the countryside and all of the bedrooms have air conditioning.

There are two enormous sitting rooms with traditional beamed ceilings and another two with frescoed ceilings. The country-style kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessary modern appliances for rustling up some delicious Tuscan dishes or why not get in a private chef for the evening and sit back sipping cocktails as your dinner is being prepared? There is a lovely, formal dining room or otherwise you can enjoy the experience of eating outdoors and dine al fresco as the locals do.

The vast expanse of gardens and grounds are home to a large swimming pool with a fully furnished poolside area. You’ll also find a tennis court (racquets and balls provided), a gym, a sauna and a wellness centre. The vineyards produce an array of excellent wines with the DOC Orcia and ITG Toscana certificates. An evening of wine-tasting from the wine cellar at home can easily be arranged, along with the opportunity to taste a range of local cheeses and meats.
