Description

The villa is surrounded by an extensive well-tended garden with a large L-shaped swimming pool (11 x 7 meters plus 4 x 5 meters) provided with sunbeds, beach umbrellas, 2 showers and a wooden pergola with awning.
Next to the kitchen there is a second pergola with a barbecue area where it is possible to eat al fresco.

The villa is furnished in a modern and minimalist style with a predominance of light colors creating an agreeable environment that is ideal for relaxing.

GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor consists of various open areas that join the rooms together without partitions; the glass doors and skylights create a luminous atmosphere dominated by light colors like white, brown and beige.

The large space is made up of a living-room with satellite TV, a dining area and a kitchen equipped with cooker hob, dishwasher, bar with refrigerator and ice-maker.

On the same floor there is a wellbeing area with indoor heated whirlpool bathtub (3.80 m x 2.5 m x 1 m depth) sauna (4 sq. m.), Turkish bath (4 sq. m.), 2 heated relaxation beds; 1 bedroom (suitable for disabled guests) with double bed that can also be accessed from the outside, flat screen satellite TV; private bathroom suitable for disabled guests.

FIRST FLOOR

4 double bedrooms in a sophisticated ambient with minimalist design; private bathroom with shower; satellite TV; three of the bedrooms also have an extra single bed; TV room with spacious corner-shaped living-room.

This area can only be reached by using the lift/elevator located at the SPA
