Smart House Villa Near Kassiopi

This smart house villa near Kassiopi offers a refined private stay with modern technology, sea views, and excellent family-friendly facilities. Completed in July 2016, the villa was built to high specifications and was the first house in Corfu to use the Control4 smart-house system. As a result, guests can control temperature, lighting, alarm, and shutters through five tablets placed throughout the house.

The villa also features a Sonos music system, giving guests access to radio, podcasts, Spotify, and personal music collections. This smart house villa near Kassiopi is within walking distance of both the village and the beach, with Kassiopi only 350 m away and the closest beach just 250 m away.

Main Living Spaces

Guests enter the main house through a hand-built wooden door after walking up carefully designed stairs and crossing the front garden path. The entrance leads into a large living room with a serene atmosphere.

The décor is minimalistic and soothing. Moreover, the large windows create a strong sense of openness throughout the house.

The south part of the house includes the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. As a result, guests can enjoy relaxed meals and easy self-catering during their stay.

Bedrooms and Master Terrace

The north part of the house includes a guest bathroom and three en-suite bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have double showers.

Two bedrooms face the 15 m infinity pool and sea channel, while the third faces Kassiopi village. In addition, the first floor is dedicated solely to the master bedroom and bathroom.

The master suite includes a private terrace with a small coffee table. Therefore, it is ideal for breakfast, evening drinks, or stargazing above the pool.

Lower Level Entertainment and Gym

The lower level includes two more en-suite bedrooms. One has a shower, while the other has a bathtub.

This level also includes a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Moreover, a large room holds the home theatre, DVD player, PlayStation 3, and mini gym.

The gym includes a treadmill, exercise bike, and elliptical machine. A guest bathroom and separate shower room complete this space, making it ideal for children to play and watch films.

Garden, Pool and Outdoor Dining

The villa is surrounded by lush gardens with oleanders, olive trees, flowers, bushes, and grass. This creates a beautiful setting for children to play outdoors.

The 15 m infinity pool is perfect for relaxing in the Greek sun. In addition, the shallow end is ideal for cooling off while reading or basking in the sunshine.

Complementary pool towels are provided. The outdoor area also includes a dining space, BBQ, and four wooden pergolas for shade.

Kassiopi Village and Beach Access

Kassiopi village is only 350 m from the villa. Guests can walk to shops, supermarkets, bakeries, bars, and restaurants.

The closest beach is just 250 m away. Many surrounding beaches have pebbles and clear waters, making them ideal for snorkelling and discovery.

Corfu Town is about a 50-minute drive away and can also be reached by sea from Kassiopi harbour.
