Description

Villa Sigler comfortably sleeps up to 8 people and features 3 double bedrooms and a cinema room with a sleeper sofa that can accommodate up to 2 people, a large heated infinity swimming pool, and a fantastic outdoor dining and BBQ area.

Set on two floors:
The upper floor and main entrance area to the house feature 2 double bedrooms with large balconies. The lower floor features a further double bedroom, a spacious open plan living area, and access to the swimming pool and outdoor dining and terraces

Upper floor
Bedroom 1 : A master bedroom with a king-size bed, en suite shower room, has access to both shared and private balconies through large sliding terrace windows.

Bedroom 2 : A bedroom with a king-size bed which can easily be converted to 2 single beds and a private balcony.

Lower floor : A staircase leads down to the main living area and swimming pool level.

The spacious interior features a further double bedroom, open plan kitchen/living area, and a guest toilet.

The living area overlooks the pool and views across the bay and features spacious seating areas, a television with satellite channels, and a large dining table.

Pool area: The ground floor accesses the pool, terrace areas, and outdoor dining areas. The private and heated swimming pool has a stunning infinity feature where the water cascades over the end of the pool. There is an option for the pool to be heated on request.

A full outdoor dining area and the kitchen are situated next to the pool. It has a charcoal BBQ, a large dining table has a covered pergola for shade and a heater if required.
