The property is surrounded by a lush garden where you will find a swimming pool and a poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers and parasols to protect from the sun on hot summer days. The garden also boasts a generous al fresco lounge area with comfortable sofas where guests can enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book. The villa also offers a generous al fresco dining area with a large table under a pergola, where guests can intimately spend time together while enjoying traditional Italian food and the mild Tuscan climate.

On the ground floor, the interior living space is furnished with comfortable sofas offering plenty of seating: as the evening falls, sit around the fireplace and relax while enjoying a glass of local wine. The ground floor also houses a spacious fully-equipped kitchen and an adjoining dining area with a large table. On the same floor, you will also find a guest bathroom. On the lower ground floor, you will find an exceptional SPA area with Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, sauna and shower facilities.

In the main villa, you will find three comfortable double bedrooms and a twin room (the beds in this room can be pushed together on request), each with its own walk-in dressing area an en-suite bathroom in travertine marble. The first floor houses two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower, and a twin room complete with en-suite bathroom with shower. The first floor of the main villa also offers a spacious living room with an open fireplace and a cozy seating area overlooking the Tuscan countryside. On the second floor of the main house you will find a comfortable double bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the first floor of the dépendance you will find a double bedroom and a comfortable twin room (the beds in this room can be pushed together on request) sharing a bathroom with shower. In the dépendance you will also find a spacious kitchen and a dining room.
