Upon entering the villa, guests are greeted by a spacious dining room on the ground floor. small pets allowed upon request with extra charge. Non-smoking villa. There are 500m/0,3miles of gravel road in good conditions to reach the villa. The fireplaces can be used by guests. The stairs connecting the ground and first floor of the main villa are not equipped with side protection with a distance between of the railing bars of 44cm/17,3inches , therefore not suitable for young children. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 4 have a small step up at the entrance. The bed in bedroom 5 is not equipped with a headboard. The side of the garden overlooking the pool area is not provided with a fence. It is not possible to hold photo and video shoots at the villa for commercial or advertising purposes.
