On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living room with a formal dining area seating up to 14 people, as well as an informal sitting room with a huge flatscreen TV and a log burner.  The spacious living areas can comfortably accommodate large gatherings with doors that open onto the terraces overlooking the sea. The fully equipped galley kitchen feeds into a large decked covered terrace for alfresco dining, complete with an outdoor kitchen and bar. Off the kitchen there is an office.

Villa Ventura boasts seven ensuite bedrooms, including a studio apartment on the ground floor with independent access. For the more active, you can work out a sweat in the gym or strike your yoga poses all whilst gazing out at the sea. There’s also a games room for those who enjoy a round of pool with a view.

The villa is surrounded by verdant gardens gently sloping down to Playa de Los Alemanes, one of the best beaches in Spain. The superb pool adds a final flourish to what is truly an impressive property.

Villa Ventura is within easy reach of the luxury Blue Zahara Beach Hotel, where you can relax in the spa, or have a cocktail in the terrace bar before taking a stroll to the old town for dinner.
