Villa Vinca

Description

Resort Villa Vinca is composed of 2 villas, each having three floors. The resort covers a great residence area of 8,180 ft2, and impressive 10,763 ft2 including the sea view area. There are two infinity pools at the resort property, and both villas feature a sauna and a jacuzzi.

Inside there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an island, together with a big table in the living room that may sit up to 10 people. On the second floor, there are 4 rooms with king beds with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. On the south side of the villas there is an open terrace with a fireplace offering a view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea, together with pool and deck chairs. The wellness area has a bar and an additional toilet.

Both villas are identical construction wise, each having additional toilets on the ground floor. On the ground, Villa 1 has an additional bedroom with twin beds, directly leading to the terrace. The jacuzzi and Finnish sauna on the ground floor offer a luxurious feel to the property.

A 15 kilometre drive from the centre of Dubrovnik, the resort Villa Vinca makes for a perfect getaway location. You may also head to Dubrovnik and explore the charm of its old town. Dubrovnik is one of the most visited placed in Croatia each year, and for reason; the people, the streets and the overall ambience never fail to impress.
