The villa is just a 10-12 minute walk from Begur, a charming town with a wide selection of excellent restaurants, tapas bars, cafes, and late-night cellar bars. The town hosts a weekly market and regular entertainment in its two main squares during the high season. Begur’s medieval castle and picturesque cobbled streets are a delight, with many interesting shops to explore.

Upon entering through the large front door, you’ll find a bright and spacious open-plan living/dining room. Glass doors on one side open to a partially covered terrace, where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea, countryside, and Begur Castle.

The south-facing terrace surrounds the expansive 12×5 meter pool, offering 12 sunbeds and a dining table seating 12. It’s the perfect spot to relax in the sun or shade. A BBQ area with a bar, drinks fridge, sink, and serving area, along with a table tennis table, adds to the outdoor enjoyment. Most areas of the garden offer fantastic views.

The open-plan living/dining room and kitchen include deep-set sofas surrounding an open fireplace, a 3D TV with Blu-ray, DVD, and satellite channels. The dining area has a table for 12, and the fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, fridge, toaster, hob, two ovens, coffee machine, and kettle.

The utility room opens to the garden and houses an American fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

In 2025, the property is undergoing updates, including refurnishing the living area and refreshing the exterior with new paint, along with other improvements.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, highchair, and travel cot, with off-road parking for two cars.
