The villa features five en-suite bedrooms, each designed to offer privacy, comfort, and a distinct sense of tranquillity. Three bedrooms sit on the main level alongside the living area and pool, while the remaining suites are located on the lower level, offering additional space, independence, and flexibility for larger groups.

Step outside to discover layered terraces overlooking the bay of Vlycho. Surrounded by natural vegetation and mature trees, the villa enjoys a peaceful hillside position far from the crowds.

At the centre of the outdoor space is a heated infinity pool (10.5m x 3m), where the gentle sound of flowing water enhances the sense of calm. Around the pool, multiple lounge areas create spaces for both relaxation and socialising. A large handmade wooden dining table, set beneath shaded terraces with ceiling fans, provides the perfect setting for long lunches, evening dinners, or cocktail gatherings.

Private Suites & Flexible Living

Each bedroom at Villa Napoles is en-suite and features air conditioning, smart TVs, and ceiling fans. The main-level bedrooms include direct access to the terrace or private outdoor areas, while one suite features a freestanding bathtub positioned to take in sea and nature views.

The lower level offers a self-contained suite with two double bedrooms, an additional kitchen, a spacious living room, and a private sea-view patio. This level also includes a large lounge with sofa beds, accommodating additional guests and creating a flexible space for families or groups.
