Description

The ground floor features a large living and dining area spanning the length and breadth of the house. Outside, a large veranda faces the sea, and offers two additional seating areas and covered dining. A modern kitchen with stainless steel Kitchen-aid appliances and full amenities is located just off the main room. The first floor also has a powder room.

On the second floor are three large bedroom suites. The master has a king bed, the first guest bedroom has a king bed, and the second guest room has two full beds. All bedrooms have en-suite full baths and balconies. Floors are elegantly finished in polished oak.

On the third floor, a large bunk room features 6 twin beds and a sitting area, a haven for the children. This bedroom also has an en suite full bath.

The fifth bedroom is a private bedroom suite on the ground floor with a private entrance and an en suite bath.

The house sits on nearly two acres with mature fruit and poinciana trees. The extensive veranda is furnished for dining, or BBQ outside by the pool. The main veranda faces west, to capture stunning sunsets over the Harbour and the sea.

Amenities and equipment include air conditioning, cable TV, WIFI, books, puzzles, croquet, ping pong table, gas grill, and daily housekeeping (included in the rent). The house has a washer and dryer for use by the housekeeper. She will do your laundry twice a week.
