Description

Set within a three-hectare estate of olive groves on the historic road to Amizmiz, Casa Memoria is not a traditional hotel, but a design-led sanctuary brought to life by Moroccan modernist Charles Boccara and the late Bill Willis. The property offers six uniquely designed suites, a private chef, butler, and deeply considered cultural experiences — all curated to restore and inspire.

Suite Royale

A crowning jewel of Casa Memoria, where opulence attains its pinnacle. The suite’s resplendent ceiling, adorned with regal elephantine motifs under the masterful hand of Charles Bocarra, harmonizes with a grand zellige fireplace and draperies of resplendent grandeur.

Suite Safran Etincelant

A hymn to Morocco’s golden sun, wherein diaphanous fabrics and intricate adornments shimmer beneath an ethereal ceiling. As twilight descends, lanterns cast a honeyed glow, evoking the artistry of bygone artisans.

Suite Rouge Majeste

A sonnet to the Orient, steeped in the enigmatic glow of ruby red. Lavish tapestries, an ornately sculpted hearth, and an assemblage of exquisite artifacts conjure an ambiance at once intimate and transportive, an invitation to lose oneself in reverie.

Suite Ocre

A sanctum draped in the gilded hues of Marrakech’s desert sands, where a grand chamber and an inviting salon converge in perfect symmetry. Mouldings of delicate artistry and verdant embellishments pay homage to the estate’s natural splendor.

Suite Jaune d’Or

A realm of pristine purity and luminous serenity, where the interplay of shadow and mirrored reflection unveils an impression of boundless space. Ornamental flourishes by Bill Willis lend an air of poised grandeur to this sanctuary beyond time.

Suite Vert d’Eau

A retreat of verdure and solace, where pastel shutters unveil a tableau of tranquility. A hearth of emerald zellige anchors the space in hushed harmony, inviting repose beneath the caress of dappled light.
